The only way a bare wall that size is difficult, is you nailed it to the floor. Up the studs are on at the top plates.

Maybe cut 6 to 8 inch wedges with a 2 inch heel and drive the under the walls top plates. No need to pry and lift with a hammer. And more lucky not to crush your toes if you slip off the wall with your hammer. Only a retart would attempt something like that.
