Even if they break everything I still feel bad for them. Not paying contractors is awful. They’re already spending money on materials, clearly this guy did an awesome job. That fence is legit. An now he’s prob out 20-40K, why?

You have to pay people for the work you agree to pay them for once work is complete. There should be zero debates in these replies.
