Saturday 30th May NAP OF THE DAY 🏇💥 Catterick 15:35 - Zephyln 11/2 Zephyln won this race last year off of 63 and is 5lb better off this year just 58, he did the double in 25 at the course and distance in May and looks the value tomorrow. He ran a great race over jumps last time out in a competitive race outrunning his 33/1 odds at Perth and i think he is in just as good form as last year. His efforts on the flat since have been on the all weather and his mark is competitive again. I would prefer a stronger jockey than Greg Fairley who doesnt have a great overall record but fingers crossed he can get the horse home for the team and the odds still represent value with him in the plate. Winning this race last year ⬇️🎥

Now I understand why Zach Wilson didn't get a shot. In his ONLY TWO PASS ATTEMPTS the offensive line tripped over themselves resulting in a couple of the most comical losses you'll see in pass protection. This is the reality. People in LA have become so used to dogs suffering on the streets (in this case, tied up with a piece of wood over him) that people like the person in the grey T-shirt just walk by. No questions asked, no looking for help. Just walking by. And, frankly, how can we blame this person when horrors like this are ALL over Los Angeles. We should not be numb to this. We should see this and think "well, this doesn't seem normal". But that's what the animal crisis has done to Los Angeles. It has made images like this all too familiar.

I've talked about Liam Ruck's release a lot. It is the best part of his game. I would put his release top 10 in this class. Here is part of the reason why. Look at how much turn he gets in his hips. He takes a lot of ice with him. Stick does half the work, brute force the other.

Good example of Quinn Ewers’ calm demeanor in all situations… This Michigan fan asks Quinn to take a picture with his son. Obviously he pre-planned for his kid to throw the Horns Down (you can see the dad motion it to his kid) - Quinn says something but doesn’t make a big deal of it. Why do this? It’s not at all the Horns down thing either. It’s just such bizarre disrespect for someone doing something nice for your kid. #HookEm
