Today should have been my Dad’s 57th Birthday. Instead I’m here remembering his life lessons & love. And sitting eating our favourite Black Forest gateaux So as a tribute to my Dad; I am spending his whole year doing 57 burpees every single day. Why? Because you can do anything you put your mind to, even when it gets uncomfortable. Get used to being uncomfortable & that’s when you really start to show your strength of character. And because I’ll end this 365 days as a gladiator 💪🏼 And a big hate you to pancreatic cancer. For taking away the most kind man. For you, Dad 🦋
