🐨 So sometimes when I can’t sleep, or work, or just life itself feels terrifying. It’s scary—just the act of living. There are times when the fact that this life goes on day after day feels really frightening. Because every day you have to feed yourself, you have to do things, and so life and death, the fact that morning comes and another day starts, it can feel wonderful at times, but there are also parts of life where it presses down on you, like a kind of light depression. This feeling that you have to keep doing something every single day In the end, that’s why it’s important to have your own sphere, your own beliefs, hopes, and goals. That’s why even though nights are really hard for me right now, even though I feel anxious, when I think about releasing an album next year and being with you all again, jumping around and having fun together, my mood already lifts So I say to myself, Next year I have to at least see this before I die, not to speak lightly about death but as a kind of joke. I think, Even if I’m sick, I have to see your faces before I’m sick. I live day by day with that feeling. That’s why I want to work better too, and I believe everything I see, hear, and feel now will help with our next album and whatever I do in the future. Had to tap back in to all my guys out there who - like me - no longer have our fathers to say Happy Father’s Day to. My old man died suddenly a few years ago. Unfortunately, we got in a fight about a month earlier and I never reconciled with him or even had a chance to say goodbye. So for me, every Father’s Day has become very tricky because there’s a lot pain. But every Father’s Day is also one of my greatest days because I have three amazing daughters who tell me, I love you and Happy Fathers Day. To my guys out there, if your old man is still around - consider it a blessing. Even if you and your dad are working thru some complicated shit. I’ve been there and I understand. But do your best to reconcile and get that drama behind you and get right with your dad. It’s important. Because the alternative is regret and I don’t want that for you. Happy Fathers Day. This dad told his children that when he was younger he used to jump off the swing. So his daughter challenged him to jump off. 🤝 Dad jumped! When our mind says we are still a kid but our body tells us differently. 😂 A lot of people said Dad forgot where to put his arms and elbows. 💯 That’s a great way to break your tailbone.
