When you tell him ‘draw’ and he’s already holstered it back!

Question: He hits the top of the gun as he pushes out to shoot, and I hear what sounds like a slide racking. Is he carrying without one in the chamber, trained to rapidly rack before firing? Or, is he simply using this motion as part of the technique to reinforce positioning?

I believe that is how one gets some. 🤔
