UN Human Rights Chief Volker Türk on Thursday called on the Bangladesh Government urgently to disclose full details about last week’s crackdown on protests amid growing accounts of horrific violence, and to ensure all law enforcement operations abide by international human rights norms and standards. I received an invitation to attend this conference and I declined it after knowing that the people who are deeply complicit in the genocide in Lebanon and Palestine, killing civilians using AI technologies are being given the opportunity to brag about this in public using UN stage! Dear Human Rights / Women Rights organizations of the World..! I want to draw your attention towards the extreme violence and fascism going on by the goverment of Pakistan on the women and workers of PTI which is the largest political party of Pakistan. 1000s of illegal abductions and 100s of killings of citizens including men, women and kids are being carried out. Women are being harassed, dragged on roads and beaten violently, whereas straight fires are shot on peaceful people, all being done by police and rangers of Pakistan. This is done only because these innocent people wanted to use their fundamental right of doing peaceful protests, because they want free and fair elections in Pakistan, which yet again is also a fundamental and constitutional right of every citizen. Its been more than a year people of Pakistan are facing this extreme cruelty from the state of Pakistan but during last fews weeks this has been multiplied 1000 times. Most of the electronic media has been forced not to report this fascism and the internet has been shut down throughout the country so that the world, through social media, should not know what is happening in Pakistan. Even journalists who wanted to speak up agaist this state cruelty are being harassed, illegaly arrested or abducted. I urge all the organizations, known world-wide for their services to protect human rights, especially the rights of women, to raise this issue in the world so that these activities in Pakistan must stop. One of the main reasons there are no queues for essential supplies like fuel and gas is because most people can't afford these essential supplies, I pointed out joining the debate on the Economic Transformation Bill in parliament today. Research organisations have revealed that the monthly expenses of 90% of families in Sri Lanka are higher than their monthly incomes. 25% of families cannot afford milk for the children. Over 50% of families can't buy school books and school uniforms. The population living below the poverty line has increased from 3 or 4 million to 7 million. That means one third, or 33.33%, of the country, is below the poverty line. This bill, which claims it will bring this down to 10%, will ring hollow to these suffering masses.

The mental gymnastics of the left, citing international law, to defend a dictator, for the sole purpose of criticizing Poilievre, is top-tier stupidity and hypocrisy. Maduro was a dictator. The US government has shown his ties with Russia, China, Hezbollah, Hamas, and cartels. Venezuela has the biggest displacement of people (refugees) in the western hemisphere. Nearly 90% of people live in poverty. 50% live in extreme poverty. And when you compare the drastic drop in GDP per capita, it cannot be denied that what was accomplished by Donald Trump is a positive outcome for the people of Venezuela. To make the argument, that we shouldn’t celebrate because “this is bad for Canada” is also an insane take. Canada can only blame Liberals for not expanding our oil & gas supply over the last decade. And instead, “investing” billions in global gender programs and foreign aid. Imagine making the argument that a dictator should remain in power so our oil & gas industry isn’t hurt because of our own incompetence? Regardless of what our politicians try to tell us, this is a huge victory. Don’t listen to the lunatics, listen to the cheers and joy of the people of Venezuela.

They landed in Tanzania this morning to visit political prisoner Tundu Antiphas Lissu and attend his court hearing tomorrow. CHADEMA chairman and presidential candidate Tundu Lissu was arrested in April and charged with treason, and his party was barred from participating in the general elections happening in October .
