This seems like a total setup. I had a family in my old neighborhood that used their kids to rob someone. Now there is talk the brother does the same to lure sex trafficking victims. Sigh.

This is exactly why if I see anything strange I take pics/video then call the police, drive a safe distance away but where I can still see the situation if possible and stay on the phone with dispatch until the police arrive. NEVER EVER get out of the locked car, no matter what!!
