The rest of the organization just hits the button and gets their tasks done and they're drowning in just garbage and they're getting burnt out and they're leaving.”

Devs will “cash in” AI gains as time. Dax Raad(dax), creator of OpenCode, on the incentive problem most companies are ignoring: “We forget how big the software engineering industry is. Every company in the world employs software engineers to some degree. The majority of these environments aren't like the most motivating, exciting environments. Most people there are trying to do their job, go home to their kids, have a reasonable life. You give them a button that lets them do their work faster. The natural place for them to go is to hit that button as much as possible, do the same amount of work and just cash in that extra time, right? Which makes total sense. Another tell of an advanced soul is their utter DISREGARD for DEATH. Have you noticed how deathly afraid people are of dying? To the point where they dare not even use that word. They’ll say “Passed away” and “Crossed over” NO. They DIED. They are D-E-A-D. The animating force that once occupied that body has left, and what remains is a rotting corpse. What you must understand is, advanced souls walk with certainty. With full knowledge of the immortality of their being. They understand that their body is just a vehicle. This is different to, and not to be confused with, a reckless and suicidal attitude. What we are talking about is a peaceful acceptance of the inevitable. Read that again. Not everybody that reads this will FULLY COMPREHEND what is being said here. You are IN this world but not OF this world. And those who walked with their spirits ILLUMINATED and BEAMING through… not being blinded by the body, embodied this. Death is peace. Death is release. Death is graduation. You have to do the best job that you can. And there are some responsibilities that come with it...you don't always choose what you are doing...But the most important thing is to remember the kind of person that you were before it, and the kind of person you want to be. If you can do that all the way through, then you can have a lot of fun — and maybe be helpful. You don't want to just start thinking of yourself as the Second Lady, because then you're probably not that fun a person anymore."
