AIs aggregate available information on internet. When you search you will find google with two Ls on its 11th anniversary. This is exactly why using AI blindly is dangerously because it just aggregates information and the probability of having fake/ misinformation is high

It's probably because the most common similar question in training data is "how many Os in Google?" And since the answer to that is always going to be two that was probably the most likely next set of tokens.
