Shawn - this raw butter from Pascal Beillevaire with salt crystals is the absolute best. The runner up would be this Belgian butter, Les Pres Sales then Bordier. I really know this subject.

All are #pasteurized except the German Butter. #Unpasteurized dairy is the healthiest. Tillamook has an unpasteurized butter and Cheddar cheese but not grassfed.

You should make you’re own butter from the best whipping cream and have that as one of the contestants in this taste test
