Back in the 1960s, microwaved food was considered to be the future of cooking and they even had restaurants that advertised that they primarily used microwaves

Did you know that In Russia, microwave ovens were banned in 1976 because of their negative health consequences as many studies were conducted on their use. Shockingly The ban was then lifted after Perestroika in the early 90’s. From a food aspect Microwaved foods lose 60-90% of their nutritional value and is having 2.4ghz radiation applied to it which also accelerates the structural disintegration of food. It is well known it alters elemental food-substances, causing digestive disorders and alters the food chemistry which can lead to malfunctions in the lymphatic system and degeneration of the body’s ability to protect itself against cancerous growths. Microwaved foods lead to a higher percentage of cancerous cells in the bloodstream and this is why it’s paramount they shouldn’t be used for consumption of food.

.Secretary Kennedy: “When you give people good food, they recover faster…We’re giving [sick people] food that is…impeding their capacity to heal, and that should not be true in hospitals. We should be giving them real food and good food.”
