I personally love English and French dub

There's an early lost latin-spanish dub that was so poor it it used music straight from the NES game and stock music and sfx. And there was an spanish/Spain re-dub on the early 2010's, which was quite inferior compared to the 90's one. Aniway, Spain's Luigi's voice:

I think the Russian version captured Mario's vocal expression very well, especially that 'inside' part, similar to the original English, while most of other variants are just 'reading' the text.
