Dude sun pro. No sunglasses. No sunscreen unless I’m out absolutely the whole day with no shirt on, and then I only use a little organic beef tallow sunscreen with non-nano zinc oxide. I love being out there! It’s the best thing for you. God made the sun, go enjoy it! ☀️

My dad is 90 & has been in the sun his whole life. The key is not putting poison lotions on your skin & stay active & conssum a solid nutrient dense real food diet His skin looks better than most half his age The pale, obese & tattooed look is the in thing today. Stay away from it Autoimmune disease is real

The evidence of sunlight causing photoaging and skin cancer is much stronger than the evidence of sunlight increasing testosterone. Nitric oxide benefits are minimal at best. The fact that one has a tan is a clear indication of skin damage in itself

Its not an either-or situation, just wear sunscreen. Besides, if you spend too much time in the sun, you start to look like a leather handbag by the time u reach 60.

I took a good burn in Florida all last week. Lots of sun and peeling skin. It turns out that not all fabric shades block 11 UV.

I'm pro Sun, but I'm starting to get these things on my face that are like moles that weren't there before which my dad gets all the time and some are cancerous. How can I prevent that, or can I? Is it strictly hereditary or does diet play a role? Hope there's an answer

Love the sun but the sun doesn't love me. I will die if I sit out for over 30min in 25c.

Pro, excuse the hat however 🤣 In 14 days I have spent the last 2 years working everyday outside in the sun, minimum 3 hours, usually 3-5 hours. If it’s raining I stand just under the eve, Queensland Australia, no shirt, no sunscreen, no sunnies No sunburn.

No sun and no sunscreen. I take cod liver oil for the omega-3s and vit. A, but it also has 453 IU of vit. D3. I have not noticed any difference from when I was supplementing with 1000 IU (+ K2) previously…

It's hard because everyone has that one uncle who eats rusty screws for breakfast, has never touched sunscreen, stays tan year-round, is super healthy (as far as we know), and basically looks immortal. Then you see some 46-year-old MILF whose upper chest looks like the neck of a Basset hound and think, huh, maybe SPF isn't a globalist psyop after all. Then Paul Saladino and Bryan Johnson show up with completely contradictory evidence... Ugh. It's confusing. What to do with your one and only meat suit? Just deal with a few extra moles and maybe some skin cancer for the glow? Or offend everyone with your paleness today, but at least you won't look 70 when you're 50?

Yeah sure, the dermatologists research-based take is the "bro opinion" while the "it feels good" is the pro opinion
