INVEST IN MANAGERS Student managers at high majors are so valuable to the team, not only from a work standpoint but also with the energy they bring. Often times they are the ones rebounding for players and helping them get their extra work in. I feel like the more programs can invest in their managers to grow on the development side… it will help their players maximize their extra work and also build better managers.

Could you all be praying for this little girl and our family? A week from today, we take her in for a cleft palate surgery. God willing, this will be one of her last surgeries for a LONG time.
