INVEST IN MANAGERS Student managers at high majors are so valuable to the team, not only from a work standpoint but also with the energy they bring. Often times they are the ones rebounding for players and helping them get their extra work in. I feel like the more programs can invest in their managers to grow on the development side… it will help their players maximize their extra work and also build better managers.

It was fun just seeing her live out her dreams. She was very excited and happy. She works every day. It’s a lot of work and she’s consistent with it, so for her to have those achievements and her hard work paying off is great.”
