One of the hardest-hit areas was Obolon, where debris from an intercepted drone struck a shopping mall. A residential high-rise in Obolon took a direct hit: a drone damaged apartments between the 3rd and 6th floors. Five people were injured there alone.

He also states that enforcing US dominance in the Western hemisphere is a core US foreign policy priority. The dominance means dominating everyone else. Accepting only vassalage and satrapy states.
