We’re at KNH with Jonah Kariuki whose son Boniface Mwangi Kariuki was brutally shot by a rogue police force at close range yesterday while hawking face masks along Moi Avenue during the #JusticeForAlbertOjwang protest. Judge Nkosinathi Chili yesterday dismissed his latest appeal attempt, aimed at forcing prosecutor Billy Downer's removal. He says it has no reasonable prospects of success. He properly knows he will appeal and appeal till he dies. One very surprising observation, Duduzile Zuma who is always with him. Was nowhere insight.
