While ordinary Rwandans queue for water, Paul Kagame keeps spending to sanitize his image. It’s 2026, and this is happening inside City of Kigali itself, the regime’s showcase capital. Entire neighborhoods go weeks, sometimes months, without running water, because this Government of Rwanda has decided beautification and photo-ops matter... more than whether its own citizens live with basic dignity. In the wealthy districts, where the elites, diplomats, and foreign “experts” live, the taps never run dry. In the poorer neighborhoods, they stay dry for weeks on end. That is a choice and not an infrastructure failure. And while families ration from jerrycans, Kagame’s regime is chasing a Formula 1 Grand Prix costed at a reported $1.2 billion for cars going in circles, so the regime can look modern on international television. Money for the circus; none, apparently, to fix the pipes. The hypocrisy is obscene. If this is Kigali, home to roughly two million people +, the part of Rwanda the regime most wants the world to see, then picture what the other eleven million endure in the countryside every single day. I spoke to VRT NWS, the public broadcaster for the Flemish Community of #Belgium, about the role of Kagame’s regime in supporting the #M23 rebellion. His regime has provided M23 with manpower, weapons, and financing. In turn, M23 has committed atrocities: war crimes, crimes against humanity, mass killings, and widespread sexual violence. Paul Kagame himself bears command responsibility for these crimes and should stand before the International Criminal Court Int'l Criminal Court. This is how a thunderstorm looks in starfield. I had to go to the pond to check for rain drop effects...the raindrop effect was there, but only in the pond... the entire world was dry. None of the npcs had umbrellas or anything to stay dry. Bethesda just added rain and wind sound effects with no sound for thunder and no water effects on anything other than water. This is Gurugram - the same city where groundwater is nearly exhausted and drinking water has to be brought in from outside, through canals or bottled water. And look at the state of the city today. Kilometres-long traffic jams. Roads flooded. Rainwater has nowhere to go, and citizens are left stranded for hours. What kind of administration is this? Is this how a city is supposed to be governed? Or has governance simply become a business of extracting money from citizens while providing nothing in return? Gurugram is projected as a world-class city, but every heavy rainfall exposes the complete failure of urban planning and administration.

As so many talk over Iranians and say “you wanted this war” and listen only to the regime supporting white SIM card holders inside Iran who by-pass the internet shut down, maybe listen to this Lebanese Shia scholar Sheikh Abbas Yazbek. He says the regime lives on conflict and tension, inciting foreign wars and killing tens of thousands of its own people. He reiterates that the international community has failed the Iranian people. The emphatic message here is that the continued existence of this regime is dangerous not just for Iran but for the whole region.
