Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death.
