Very good stuff. It's important to note that SARU first scrapped the DEI quota and then after invested heavily in black youth development. We should also scrap all transformation laws and invest in quality education for youth. It will result in real transformation

Rassie for President indeed. - I wonder which party he votes for?

Due to the seperation, blacks developed a different rugby style/identity than whites. Generally, blacks play a more expensive running type and white whites more physical. Hence, more wingers and backs are black. Makes for a lethal combination.
When we saw transformation as a disaster, he saw an opportunity to solve so many issues, like divisions between teams, lack of competition for team positions, lack of unity at so many levels. In SA, we are blessed by inspirational leadership. Look at everything he's achieved.

Listen and learn; Make people feel safe and valued; don’t embarrass them, especially about things that are beyond their control and develop them.

Thats why Rassie is much loved. He is real, honest and fair.

Change some of the words in this speech and you will have the best country with the best integrated people. I love my rugby and said i will accept 15 white players as long as they return a WC. This man shattered that thinking. Promote the back person with all tools to be a succes

That last line dropped me.

More Rassie, less 'refugees!'

Corporate should be inviting this man to share his thoughts on transparency in applying transformation.
