Engfa´s point of view on being friends with your ex after a breakup🙅🏻‍♀️ E: I think when you’ve dated someone and then broken up, it’s really difficult to become friends again. I genuinely admire people who can break up and immediately become friends, because I think it’s really hard. It’s not that I hate them or that we become enemies or anything like that. It’s just that, for me, it takes at least 2–3 years before I can get to the point of saying, ‘Hey, how are you? Are you doing well?’ if you break up and immediately become friends, I can’t do that. I’ve never been able to. When I’m with someone, I love them deeply. I really devote myself to love. But once I break up with someone, I won’t go back to dating them. Everyone is the same, you know? These days, people can get to know each other so easily, cheat so easily, and meet someone new so easily. Everything is just too easy. So when you’re going to love someone or give someone your heart, you really have to take your time and look carefully. You have to observe them, get to know them properly, and really see what they’re like. Because our world is unpredictable. One day someone can love you, and the next day they can hate you. I’ve experienced that myself, honestly. // y’all have to take notes, she always gives good advices 🫂 ENGFA OUR HEART16 #อิงฟ้ามหาชน #EngfaWaraha Engfa Waraha (ตัวจริง)

🧸 something really nice about soobin hyung…if me and soobin hyung are upset or angry about something, we hold it in and end up talking to each other about it immediately or when we’re getting off work 🧸 he’ll be like “hey, i don’t think what you did then was right” and i’ll be like “really? ah i’m sorry, i won’t do that in the future” and that’s how we end it 🐰 we talk to each other a lot…even during the promotions for our last album, i said something about beomgyu that could be misunderstood…that wasn’t my intention but it didn’t get conveyed correctly…me & beomgyu are always in the same car on our way back from work…we usually play exciting music on our way back home 🐰🧸 and we sing along! 🐰 but i was the only one singing and he was just on his phone so i was like “ah i guess he must be exhausted today” but as soon as we got home, he was like “hyung, there’s something i want to talk to you about” 🐰 “i heard you said this to a fan, is it true?” and i was like “i did say that but i realize that it might have come off that way to you…i’m sorry” and then he said “i hope you’re careful in the future” and i went “i’ll be careful” and it ended then we harmoniously ate together again 👤 that’s so great, that’s such a healthy relationship 🐰 we have a relationship where we’re able to openly talk about cautious things like it’s nothing so i think it’s really healthy 🧸 it’s really healthy

Chris Bosh explains how Kobe Bryant taught him that greatness is mostly an unglamorous routine “If you’re trying to go after something, it’s a process and you cannot cheat it. That is one thing you cannot do. You can’t cheat the process, and even then that doesn’t guarantee you anything. You have to have your stuff together because you want to win, that doesn’t guarantee a win. You just have to make sure you’re doing your process.” “I had the chance to have a conversation with Kobe. We were friendly and we tried to have dinner once a year. He always talked about loving the process of what you do. That’s important. You have to love what you do and love putting the work in because some days are going to suck. It’s always going to suck to go in the gym and shoot 10,000 free throws.” “Everybody’s like, ‘Oh, Kobe, this is amazing.’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s cool, but think about my day. I get up at 4:30am, take my kids to school, I lift weights, I go to practice, I pick them up from school, then I’ve got to do treatment because I’m 35 years old in the league. Then I’ve got to do treatment, and by the time I finish all that stuff, the day’s over. I don’t do anything else. This is all I do.’” “If you take on that approach to something that you love, if you can stick with it even in those tough days, that’s where you want to be.” “You gotta love the grind, man. That’s the part I always like to think of anytime something gets hard. If I’m pursuing a goal and I want to quit, it’s going to come. It’s going to come. It’s okay.” “How many people would quit right now? That’s the first thing I think about. Then I keep going. I’m like, okay, I’m not going to let this drop me off and keep me away from what I’m doing.”

#LingOrmxSmoothE_FIERCESKIN #ออมกรณ์นภัส #ormkornnaphat : Can I ask about the incident about interviewing with P’Kik Orm: Yes, I can talk. First of all, I want to apologize for causing a misunderstanding. I genuinely didn’t intend to interrupt or be disrespectful. Normally, when I work with seniors/older, I’ve always respected them. Especially with P’Kik, we have always been close throughout the series. We have been together for a long time (during filming the series), we call each other like auntie and niece. I already apologized to P’Kik right away at that time, and after the incident happened I called to apologize again, “Paa (Auntie) Kik, did you see it yet?” And Paa Kik said “I already saw it, dear. Do you want me to post sth? I really didn’t think anything of it. Do you want me to help post sth?” And I said “It’s completely fine”. I want to apologize again for causing the misunderstanding. That’s it.. I’m really sorry : Do you feel more at ease after talking with Paa Kik? Orm: Actually, nothing happened since that day, so.. : So from now on, you’ll have to be more careful about what you do Orm: Exactly, I have to be more careful. Even though the atmosphere in the room might be among ppl who are close to each other, I still have to be careful because it’s a live broadcast. So I’ll be more careful
