The latest report confirms, the City does not have a revenue problem, it continues to have a spending and management problem that can only be solved through organizational reforms and a renewed focus on prioritizing the City’s core responsibilities.

Things don't always go perfect. You have to handle adversity. When things go well, you have to handle success. When there's a problem on the floor, we need to communicate and sometimes it needs to be an intense communication, but it needs to be problem-solving.
