While we have fresher air to start the week the weather models show the air mass over much of Western Europe will go from below average to back above average pretty quickly. Heat is likely to start building back in by the weekend and into early next week. How hot it will get is unclear yet but we could see mid to high twenties in Ireland again. Spain and Portugal over 40c is possible in parts again this week.

The latest upper air temperature forecast here shows the edge of the plume of hot air over Europe moving away from Ireland. It will also ease off in France later in the coming week and ease a little in Portugal and Spain later in the week.

#WATCH Delhi: IMD scientist Naresh Kumar says, "Monsoon has covered the majority of Karnataka, some parts of Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and the entire northeast. We are expecting that the monsoon may cover some more parts of eastern India, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh... Light rain is expected in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi for the next 4-5 days. Due to continuous rain, the temperature is currently lower than normal, and while it is expected to rise slightly, no major heat wave is anticipated in Punjab, Delhi, or Rajasthan. However, the southern parts of Uttar Pradesh and areas around Madhya Pradesh may experience heat wave conditions."

Anything after 5 days is a coin flip but THIS is significant! We have not had a SINGLE Hurricane yet this year and again IF these models stay as is we may see our first Hurricane this year as a "MAJOR Hurricane!" This particular model has PLENTY of time to change. The point here is to show how the ocean temps and conditions that are now changing and supporting the formation to tropical cyclones! HAVE A PLAN BEFORE ITS TO LATE!
