@ObothOboth Going by Section 36. National audit act 2008. Parliament is supposed to appoint a private independent external auditor to audit the OAG.

@ObothOboth Speaker, we should be having this kind of question if the people in that office were people of integrity and chosen from a public process that at least 80% of the citizens are confident of. However, in Uganda the political leaders have ensured we don't get that.
