The Prius is 100% at fault here 😭 That sudden brake with no reason was crazy. Camera car wasn’t even that close

You never know if something - an object or animal may be in the road and the car in front has to stop unexpectedly... or if they are an insurance scammer. That is why you need to leave room and be ready to stop at all times. The cam driver is at fault for the accident.

Seems to me both are at fault, front car jamming on the brakes, rear car dodgy on the response by accelerating and trying to swerve, rather than brake. Legally, the rear car I think would be at fault, even though the front car was the one that actually caused it.
