Biker purposely got in front of the car, typical dick biker

Not deliberate, you can see the car braking BEFORE the hit. Car comes by, cyclist decides to throw his weight around (ignoring the reality of the situation), starts banging on the car, gets in front of the car, and slows down on green. They deliberately look for conflict.

Roads are for cars.

I am a motorcyclist. It was clearly the cyclists fault. There was plenty of room for him to begin with. He had no right to jump in front of the car then slow down

Unpopular opinion. Bikers do whatever they want. Get on the sidewalk.

Technically, car is at fault. No bike lane, so the cyclist is no different than another car. Driver could not safely pass in traffic, which resulted in the accident. However, there could be an argument that the cyclist was negligent for appearing to swerve in front of the car.
