Can confirm- general anesthesia is a pharmaceutical coma, not sleep.

A woman in my town, years ago sued the hospital because she wasn’t asleep. She couldn’t move or talk to indicate she was awake. She started feeling intense pain and even smelled burning. She blacked out several times. She also heard everything they were saying 😬

This generation was sold a lie.
