This is called "azshima" in Ohafia. Bot sure if I got the spelling. But any Ohafia person here will agree with me. You can eat it with palm fruits or cocunut.

Highly nutritious meal. It’s called Azuma. My mum shoved it down our throat as kids. I hated it. The dried one maybe but not the meal.
