@RealPNavarro "WHO IS PAYING THE TARIFFS?" American businesses--tariffs are an import tax levied within our borders on the businesses importing the goods, and some of the costs of the tariffs are then passed onto the American consumer. Weird that neither of them could actually say this.

@RealPNavarro You pay the tariffs. Other countries don't pay the tariff. It is a tax on Americans buying global goods. The revenue is from American's pockets.

@RealPNavarro Who is paying the tariffs? US is imposing import tariffs on other countries, so US importers have to pay the import tariff fees to the US Govt. Importers may or may not pass on these import tariff fees to their customers fully or partly. So tariffs are paid in US by US people.
