Get your facts correct General category doesn't have it's own quota . Those are Unreserved seats which can be and claimed by anyone ( SC/ST/OBC/General) .

Why only suggestion is that there should be study/survey every two years to look for backward/underprivileged communities and govt should provide them reservation and better education infra and better opportunity and try to uplift them and review it after two year
