It's called Heroes park/Armed forces lane. A place reserved to celebrate and honour our fallen heroes.

I’ve forgotten the name it is called but I think that’s the site where they buried Soldiers whose bodies were not claimed or recovered completely…so no one is allowed to walk on that. I think they are just trying to honour the fallen soldiers.

Walk nahh the way u go take disappear ehh 🤣🤣🫴

I was the only lucky person to walk here till the end with no one noticing I'm history. On reaching the end, a man walk up to me and said, you are a lucky person but don't try it again. He told that's no walk zoom.

We used to walk past there growing up in Abuja when coming back from the park 🏞️

This is a military zone, opposite eagles square and presidential villa & National Assembly. It is out of bounds. Verily verily I speak unto your souls. Billpoint is available for airtime, gift cards, electricity bills, flight tickets and TV subscriptions, even bet accounts are available. You won't be compromised.

So us wey no get car to pass there we need to start flying

That's front of Eagle's Square. It's because this lane does not lead to anywhere, the other side of the road is very busy.

We wer never reach Abuja talkless of walking that lane cannot relate

@grok run it

The Military Cenotaph ( or Unknown Soldier around Three Arms Zone) on Shehu Shagari Way, just in front of Eagle Square. That particular spot commemorates our fallen heroes in the military 🎖️🪖

It must be a presidential lane that leads to the Aso rock 🥌

Close to 3 arms zone... Opposite Eagles Square precisely

This place nah sacred area o🤣🤣🤣🤣 there’s a military tower there to where a soldier is steadily aiming at the road with his gun

Abuja was not built for walking but car centric, unlike cities like London, osaka, Tokyo

The Cenotaph

A burial ground for fallen soldiers who’s body were not claimed by family members Also there are guards standing under a shade just to watch and make sure no one walks there

Hope sign board is there sha.that nobody should walk on it?.. innocent me will walk on it

I walked that path when I first arrived in Abuja. A military man approached me, and people from the other lane were shouting. I didn’t know they were warning me not to. 😌
