Houston Police say an officer was relieved of duty after a video surfaced allegedly showing her using racist slurs, even describing using that language during an arrest. If these allegations are true, this officer’s actions would be a betrayal of the badge and a THREAT to justice itself! We are already fighting an uphill battle against bias and wrongdoing within police forces, we don’t need officers who will weaponize hate against the very communities they are sworn to protect! The Houston Police say they are investigating. Justice demands nothing less than a FULL investigation.

Let me be clear. I am not saying everyone in every state or country can eat for exactly $5 a day. What I am showing you is what it costs ME. In Houston. In a 900-square-foot, 55-year-old apartment with terrible insulation. Paying almost $1,500 a month in rent. Supporting my daughter. Working $13 an hour at Papa John’s. I am not rich. I am not sponsored. I am not shopping at Whole Foods buying grass-fed anything every night. I’m buying eggs. Ground beef. Chuck steak on sale. Butter. Cheese. Sometimes kielbasa. Sometimes bacon. That’s it. My content is not a universal guarantee. It’s a blueprint. You still have to calculate your own cost of living, your local grocery prices, your income, and your priorities. What works in Houston may look different in New York or rural Alaska. I get that. But here’s the part people don’t want to talk about. When you stop buying processed food multiple times a day because you’re constantly hungry, when you stop paying for junk that keeps you inflamed, when you start reducing doctor visits, copays, and prescriptions because your body is actually healing… the math changes. It changes more than people expect. Now let me address something I say over and over again that I will keep saying. When you are on a fixed income, when you have just a little bit of money to work with, you cannot always get the best quality products. I know that. And I will never shame someone for that. But even with that being said, I will ALWAYS encourage someone to eat kielbasa, hot dogs, spam, lunch meat, bacon, or grocery store corn-fed ground beef over fast food, frozen pizzas, boxed meals, ramen, and highly processed food that isn’t even real food. 100% of the time. Every single day of the week. A $1 pack of hot dogs with no bun is still better than a $1 bag of chips. A $3 tube of ground beef is still better than a $3 frozen pizza. It’s not perfect. But it’s REAL. And real food heals. I get comments every single day telling me I need to buy grass-fed, I need to support local ranchers, I need to get pasture-raised eggs and wild-caught everything. And in an ideal world? Absolutely. I would love that. But that is not the reality for most of the people who follow me. My content is for the normal people. The working people. The broke people. The single parents stretching a paycheck. The people living in food deserts doing the best they can with what they have access to. That’s who I made this for. That has always been who I made this for. I eat real food. It’s not fancy. It’s not Pinterest pretty. It’s a bowl of ground beef with cottage cheese. It’s a burger patty with slabs of butter. It’s eggs with extra yolks. And it healed my body. If you’re looking for picture-perfect carnivore content with aesthetically plated grass-fed ribeyes and fancy kitchen setups, that’s not what you’re going to find here. There are wonderful creators who do that and I respect them. But if you want realistic, sustainable, working-class metabolic healing from someone who is living it in real time on a real budget? You’re in the right place.👑

A car flew OFF a Houston overpass and landed UPSIDE DOWN on the freeway below with three women trapped inside... ...and total strangers grabbed SLEDGEHAMMERS and their BARE HANDS and refused to let them die!! ❤️ It happened on the Southwest Freeway at Beltway 8. Police say the car was speeding down the elevated HOV lane, lost control, smashed through the barrier, went AIRBORNE, and slammed down ROOFTOP-FIRST onto the main lanes below. All three women were trapped and SCREAMING for help ...and Houston did NOT drive past. One of the men who stopped is named Jack Johnson. He didn't even see the car go off. He just saw the barrier crumble and a crushed car sitting in the middle of the road. He said something just told him to stop. ICE is extremely unpopular. Donald Trump is underwater as it pertains to his immigration enforcement policies. So, yeah, the administration is realizing this. BREAKING: TRANS IDEOLOGY COVER-UP - BURKES RESPOND TO EDWIN POOTS IN BELFAST On the evening of Sunday 17 August we visited Hillsborough Free Presbyterian Church and sought to speak with DUP councillor and Education Authority board member Jonathan Craig. The Education Authority, which employs over 40,000 people, is promoting transgender ideology in schools across Northern Ireland as revealed in a 60-page document issued to all schools. There has been deep shock across the country at the revelation that the Chair of the Education Authority is none other than a Free Presbyterian elder, Mervyn Storey. Mr Storey stands on the pulpit of Ballymoney Free Presbyterian Church on a Sunday, then for the rest of his three-day working week for £50,000 a year promotes LGBTQ+ ideology in every school across the country. He is supported in this by his minister, David Park. In a further revelation it had come to light that another board member of the Education Authority, the aforementioned Jonathan Craig, is a member of Hillsborough Free Presbyterian Church. Mr Craig, a Free Presbyterian, has been silent while the organisation he helps to run implements and enforces transgender ideology in every school in Northern Ireland from preschool to secondary level. Only recently Mr Craig stated publicly that “Our children need protection from this madness” - speaking of the gender identity clinic in Belfast. In reality, however, Mr Craig is overseeing the quiet but relentless indoctrination of generations of young people with transgender and LGBTQ+ ideology. The deception being foisted on the public in this manner is appalling. On Sunday evening we were informed that Mr Craig was not at the church. We then asked to speak with Mr Poots, but were told that he had left. We thought this was strange, as Mr Poots had been leading the congregational singing during the meeting. It seems to us that Mr Poots left quickly to avoid meeting with us. Mr Poots has since released a video regarding our visit to Hillsborough Free Presbyterian Church. In his statement Mr Poots said that if we wished to speak to him about “political issues” or to “talk politics”, we should contact his office. We have never had an interest in speaking to Mr Poots about “political issues”. Mr Poots is fully aware of this. We wished to ask Mr Poots how he can walk into the Free Presbyterian church with a man who promotes LGBTQ+ ideology to schoolchildren? How he can back up men who hold the Bible on a Sunday, then advance the LGBTQ+ agenda every other day of the week? How he can lead congregational singing on the Lords Day, while standing over the promotion of transgenderism? A number of years ago there were some objections made to the promotion of transgenderism by a board member of the Education Authority. The member was vehemently opposed by Daniel McCrossan MLA of the SDLP who told him his views were “extreme” and “destructive” and that the member needed to be fully investigated. Colin Houston, Director of the LGBTQ+ group ShoutOut, called for the member to be sacked. This board member subsequently resigned in 2021. He was replaced by Mervyn Storey, who has since been elevated to Chair of the Board. It is clear the board of the Education Authority is vehemently opposed to Christian belief. LGBTQ+ ideology must be affirmed and promoted. It is a disgrace that instead of engaging in this issue Edwin Poots runs away from accountability. We are also alarmed at the number of Free Presbyterian ministers who have come out in support of those who seek to blacken us for raising these issues, including former Moderator Ron Johnstone. We also note the comment by retired Free Presbyterian minister David McIlveen that he “sympathises” with the Burke family. There is something seriously wrong when Mr McIlveen feels pity for people who are doing what he should be doing - calling out the depravity of the Education Authority and it’s accomplices in the Free Presbyterian Church. The Holy Scripture clearly declares that God was angry with the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed those cities with fire and brimstone (Genesis 19). Are the ministers of the Free Presbyterian Church now so politically correct that they are ashamed of God’s sacred truth? We call on all parents to remember the words of the Lord Jesus Christ - “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not” - and hold their politicians and church leaders to account for their silence and complicity on this grave issue.

Ok, I think we need to shift the conversation around why we join policing back to exactly that, the why? 😌 I wanted to join from a very young age.🧍‍♂️ I had an early learning centre police officer outfit that I wore till it faded and used to make my dad walk up and down my road with me writing down number plates in my first ‘note book’. 😂 I learnt the phonetic alphabet at about six or seven and then when I was little older, got addicted to ‘The Bill’. 🚔 I think that must be where I wanted to join response. 🚨 Response is the absolute definition of policing to me. 💯 The emergencies come in and we race out to help and when we get there, no matter what it is 99.9% we’re first on scene. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I know we’re burdened with roles that aren’t ours, we all agree on that, but the core role of ‘blue lighting’ to say a burglary in progress, is truly the essence of why most people join policing. ✅ But that’s not for everyone and maybe we need to embrace that in a different way. 🤔 I think we should all join as constables and complete our training period of two years and then progress into different roles like we used to. I have met countless direct entry Detectives who moved over to response because it’s not what they thought it would be. 😟 Why? 👀 The skills learnt in those two years are invaluable and also ground you in the whole organisation. 👏 I think too we need to return to a focus of scenario based training and move away from a bizarre belief that academia solves policing’s problems. 😏 Scenarios have two distinct benefits: 1) They test you in situations you’ve never been in before and give you an insight into your instincts in those challenging moments. ⚠️ 2) They give the trainer the same insight from a different perspective into your ability to deal with them and your strengths and weaknesses.❗️ They also have a bit of a hidden third benefit. I loved the scenarios I was given during training, it was finally when I knew ‘my why’ was right. I wanted to step in, in moments when most won’t, most are scared or most simply don’t want the bother of tackling a difficult situation. 😅 My favourite incidents at work are major, critical or public order based. They require a helicopter view, calm, control and critical thinking. As a Sergeant they’re what I thrive on. 🔥 New Zealand Police seem to agree with this style of learning and testing and have heavily invested in a state of the art scenario orientated training area, a power move in my opinion. 🇳🇿👏 I’d like to see Hendon or an equivalent morning back to that. ✅ Sure Hydra has its benefits, but proper scenarios like there used to be are invaluable. 🤷🏼‍♂️ But, this all requires investment. 😏 We shall see. 👀 #ThinBlueLine 🚨
