This group of friends were going for an outing in the city, when they finally found a place to park they see it’s $40 but decided to just go ahead and pay it at that point. When they got back they see that their car had a boot on it and they are claiming they went over their parking time limit. Turns out the parking a lot workers have a deal with the boot company, they had the boot company pilot the boot on other peoples cars too so they can make money.
