Frank is great, so is Anka, but there’s only one King.

Elvis then Sinatra. Elvis put actual heart & soul into the song

Elvis, the song also fits his life, getting away from his producer and doing it his way.

Elvis sang it best, he is the better singer than Frank and Paul. BUT...Sinatra's performance was classic and iconic

elvis truly lived his life his way he was the templet he never allowed anyone to define who he was he was always uniquely himself the song may have been franks but elvis absolutely owned it he was the definition of "my way" to the very end

I felt as if Elvis put more emotion into it and IMO Paul’s version was too slow, but I also love listening to Sinatra soooo 1. Elvis 2. Sinatra and 3. Anka

They're all great, but it's always going to be Frank on this one.

Elvis. Always Elvis. Feeling. Always sang with feeling and conveyed the depth of the words and meaning in his renditions. This is not to demean Sinatra or Anka. They had great voices, melody, and appeal, but I always feel like as they sing you can see them mentally counting the beat and visibly working out the timing because they are “technical artists.” To put more a laymen spin on it, they “sing by the numbers.” Elvis just needed to learn the words then he felt his way through the music and belted out the words like the person was actually experiencing the circumstances of the song. It’s why fans, particularly women, reacted by believing Elvis was singing just to them. You get a real sense of that particularly at, “…regrets….I’ve had a few…but then again too few to mention…!” It’s also why fans LISTEN to Sinatra and Anka, but fans SING along with Elvis.

Even though Paul Anka wrote My Way, especially FOR Frank Sinatra, Sinatra and Elvis sang it better

@LindaTraitz Elvis was the best. Frank’s pitch was really off in that clip. “Highway” was way flat for example. Paul Anka was good.

I’m saying Frank cause I’ve heard that version it the most. Elvis is a close 2nd. Cause it’s Elvis.

You may like one voice better than another but it’s not even close regarding range, Elvis was in a different universe.

Although I love Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley sang it better! Paul Anka sounded like his nose was clogged with a cold!

Elvis. Elvis’ live recording in 1977 is only version to hit #1 on any chart. Recorded June 21 1977 in Rapid City SD, hit #1 January 21 1978 Country Cash Box.

Elvis' voice for this concert performance was superb, but Sinatra had the life experience to make this song his own. And boy, did he own it.
