If he committed traffic offense or other crime and refused to show his identification, then the driver is at fault. Doesn’t help that he’s deliberately antagonistic, imo

Based on this clip alone 1. If you behave like this, towards anyone, you're a POS 2. If you behave like this, towards anyone, you're not fit to live in a society 3. This shouty chihuahua guy is not a man but a spoiled little shit. A Man is constrained, stoic even who can calmly assess the situation and behave himself, being constructive. This is a liberal f***.

I don’t understand why he has to be antagonistic right from the get-go.

Either way this "scholar" is an asshole.

Verbally abusing anyone is not cool. I’m biased though…have a few friends in LE…honest and good friends.

🇺🇸 One Nation, under Trump, Stronger THAN EVER. Are you Trump Tough? 💪Tough T's Here:

Dude had a much different attitude after getting sentenced 6 months in jail...lol

I watch a lot of bodycam videos; I find the more someone says they're a lawyer they're either a.) Not or b.) A bad one. The roadside is not a courtroom. Wish you would've linked the whole video though.

Bro has zero survival instincts.

It's entirely possible to assert your rights without being an asshole about it.

cop is right.. once you start mouthing off and resisting and not obeying lawful orders.. and spouting "constitutional law scholar" or whatever he said... and acting as he is.. 100% sovereign citizen.. NONSENSE.. @Johnneh_80
