The driver at the back, there should be reasonable distance btw them to apply brake. But why the driver stopped suddenly?

The vehicle in the front suddenly hit the brakes for no reason so it's his fault

Break-checking = reckless driving = illegal. If you get rear-ended you will win in court. EXCEPT if you brake checked and the person can prove it with dash cam video.

what ever the reason may be, medical emergency, panic attack, spider in the car, the trailing vehicle has to give the car infront enough room to suddenly come to a stop for WHATEVER REASON, it is the trailing vehicles fault!

The vehicle in front suddenly hit the brakes despite there being no vehicles in front of it. People have countered argued by saying that the rear vehicle should have kept X car lengths away from the suddenly braking vehicle for each 10 km/hr (or miles/hr). However there was no reasonable cause for the front vehicle to suddenly hit the brakes so abruptly. I would say the fault lies in the front vehicle here. What do you say? 🧐🧐🧐

I need more info on why they slowed down. Was it a turtle or something? If you rear end someone tho always your fault. Following too closely they’ll say.
