I mean clearly the cop car should not have done that manoeuvre with out signalling first but the person in the other car should most definably have seen what was going on and stopped..🤔🤦‍♂️ IDK to be fair. Ima leave this one up to the courts and the insurance agencies 🤷‍♂️😆
