I didn’t have high expectations for this season, but I NEVER thought it would be this bad. Memphis just lost to Tulane (previously on a 5-game losing streak) at home. They are now 10-11. 5-4 in AAC play. Not to mention, the attendance is so bad that they’re moving everybody down to the lower bowl + giving out free tickets in the lower bowl to season ticket holders. There needs to be change this offseason.

Jose Sani scored for Fulham U21s last night in the Premier League International Cup against Borussia Dortmund - just last season, he was playing in Step 4 non-league.🤯📈 Jose also bagged in a 4-2 Premier League 2 win over Burnley on Friday. The forward is currently on trial at Fulham.✅ At the start of last season, Jose was playing for Hartley Wintney in Step 4 of non-league, where he scored 10 goals and assisted 7 in 12 games.✨ He then joined Berkhamsted in Step 3 and scored 7 goals and added 8 assists in 23 games.🎯 What a rise Jose has been on and he’s not finished yet.👀🙌

Justin Fuson has added 3-4 mph on his avg FB since joining Tread After finishing up a pretty successful collegiate career, Justin was struggling to find that level of success in his first professional season. He finished the 2024 season with an 8.38 ERA in 38.2 IP 56 H 21 BB 40 Ks. Although he was showing the ability to still punch hitters out at a respectable clip, he was nowhere near as successful in limiting hits and free passes. Thread from Turner Givens 🧵 1/

Julian Sayin has one of the PRETTIEST releases college football has ever seen. Sayin was reportedly the “talk of the NFL Combine” amongst Ohio State players, despite not being named QB1 yet. One Big Ten coach believes Sayin has the potential to the best QB in the Big Ten in his first season as a starter. Multiple NFL scouts reportedly believe Sayin could end up being the most successful QB from the 2024 class (which included Dylan Raiola and DJ Lagway). He’s even received comparisons to names like Trevor Lawrence, Bryce Young, and Caleb Williams. The Buckeyes QB is going to be SPECIAL 🔥

One former Wildcat that isn’t being talked about enough is Brandon Boston Jr. He started his career with the Clippers in the 2021-22 season, steadily improving over three years. He joined the Pelicans in 2024, where he started in 10 games and averaged career highs in just about every category. Now, Boston Jr. is playing with the Milwaukee Bucks in the summer league, where he dropped back-to-back impressive stat lines: 7/4 - 17 points, 4 rebs, 3 asts, 2 steals 7/5 - 18 points, 3 rebounds He had five points on 7/6, but was limited to only 14 minutes of play. Certainly could be a player who earns his way into a rotational position in the near future. 🎥: Milwaukee Bucks | #BBN

While many around the league don’t expect any linebackers to be drafted tonight, if there is one, it certainly could be #TexasAM’s Edgerrin Cooper. Cooper is the most complete LB in the 2024 draft class. He’s shown to be: 1️⃣an elite athlete 2️⃣a consistent and impactful run defender 3️⃣a capable and efficient blitzer, and 4️⃣able to use his size and bend to disrupt in pass protection As a run defender, he finished with an 87.6 PFF grade, highest among any expected draft linebackers in this year’s draft class. That includes 15 TFLs or no gain plays. As you can see (🎥), his downhill force plus balance and control allows him to consistently win in the run game As a pass rusher, he had 7 sacks on the year, 4 of which came from playing on the line of scrimmage. When lined up on the line of scrimmage, he generated a pressure on over 30% of his pass rush snaps. Elite ‼️ And in coverage, he finished with a top-10 coverage grade int eh country last season (per PFF College) among LBs lined up in the box. He’s able to use his length and bend, along with developed vision and timing to disrupt plays from the box. Couple all of that with a 4.51 forty time and would-be impressive athletic testing numbers if he was 100% for the draft process (why he wasn’t able to officially go every day in practice at This Account Has Moved), and it’s hard to ignore his NFL starting potential. There’s a real chance he goes in late round one, but if he’s there on Day 2, he may not only be one of, if not the, first linebacker drafted, but may be one of the first players taken on Day 2 of the draft. #ShrineBowlWhosNext

For over 2 decades Black Americans have been attacking, harassing & mocking Dominicans for no embracing a “Black African” identity. Blacks🇺🇸 wanted Dominicans a Mixed Latin society to mostly embrace their smaller average 35% Afro DNA instead of their majority 58% European/Spanish ancestry and no to even mention their average 7% Taino-Native ancestry. Dominicans had 2 simple choices: 1. Embrace a Black identity and look like Haiti(Vodou Shithole) next door. Or 2. Embrace their mostly Spanish/Euro based culture and somehow resemble Spain(Catholic) or the USA. The choice was very easy. Hispanic Dominicans, as a diverse people who are not racially conscious, instead embraced a national-cultural identity rooted in their Spanish/Euro heritage. Turned their backs on Haiti as it crumbled on itself and moved forward as a nation, one that today has a bright future as the fastest-growing economy in Latin America (2024) & the largest economy in the Caribbean/Central America.

#OleMiss’s Chris Paul (POOH) Chris Paul is undoubtably one of the best, and you can make the case he’s the most complete, linebacker in the 2025 #NFLDraft class. With outstanding movement ability, range in coverage, explosiveness upfield and laterally, and finishing ability as a tackler, he’s a rare three-tool, three down starting NFL linebacker. He finished the 2024 season with a 78+ PFF College grade in Run Defense, Coverage AND Pass Rush categories. He was the ONLY Power 4 LB to reach those numbers this year. And he’s just one of four in the last 5 years to do so (Edgerrin Cooper, Devin Lloyd and Nakobe Dean the others). Rare company for Paul, who rose during East-West Shrine Bowl week and should continue to rise throughout the draft process, as he has the elite football IQ to match the talent on the field. #ShrineBowlWhosNext
