Of course Car wala. How the hell can car come on the road. Cycle walahs are mostly poor. So they are never at fault. Cycle rider can do anything on the road. They can even ride on railway tracks. N if the train hits cycle, the utterly bhadva ch*tya jerks will abuse train driver.
