Dana is raising a legitimate issue. It should be discussed. WAS Pam Bondi all gung-ho for red flag laws while she was FL AG? Was it her personal view or was she carrying out the policy preferences of the then-governors she served under, Charlie Crist and Rick Scott? She can be asked by any reporter at any time if she was supportive of red flag laws while she was AG of FL, or if she was merely doing her job and implementing the current Governor's agenda. Also, I'll note absolutely nothing whatsoever prevents any reporter from ASKING Bondi if she right now, today, supports red flag laws.
