There is no town in Kenya where the water runs 24/7 in people's taps! Something is very wrong with that... It gives scarcity mentality or poverty mentality...

By the time a minister engages at this level, the structure, or whatever is left of it, is dead.

This should be done to the road works too. Why do we make roads without pedestrian walkways, lightning, shoulders...

No wonder contractors wa Kenya hawapewi contracts za projects serious. 8 years down the line to come to a shambolic technical plan is simply inexcusable.

sasa if those clerks of works or assessors also follow through,we'd see some improvement. The minister is to set strategy and policy. It's good anajua kutranslate charts and whatnot, but he needs to raise the competence of his staff, or ensure they follow through on projects
