So your entire racial characterization is being built from tiny offender subsets while more than 99.7% of the population sits outside even the larger one shown here. Then look within Black men themselves -> bottom 1% childhood income was about 21% incarcerated on Census Day 2010 while the top 1% was about 2.2% -> roughly a 90% drop while the race stayed exactly the same. And the same thing shows up when conditions are compared directly -> poor households 39.8 violent victimizations per 1,000 -> high income households 16.9, while within poverty poor White households were 46.4 -> poor Black households 43.4 per 1,000. So explain this. If the crime difference you are talking about is genetic, why does changing the environment within the same race move the outcome from 21% -> 2.2%?
