Thank you for addressing this!! So many ppl create more problems for themselves by cold plunging when it's not appropriate for their individual nervous system health

Don't let a Cold Sore ruin your day

Cold plunges also raise blood pressure which releases cortisol. Don’t do them if you’re already stressed

Probably the reason why your nervous system responds so well to float tanks too

We all know cold make something shrink, and hot expands. The same is with our body-cold plunges shrink our veins, arteries and make the blood, nutrients to flow at slower speed causing our brain to think about some threat. When I went to Mansarovar Lake in Tibet, I was forbidden to take a plunge as they warned it might cause brain stroke.

Yes, not good for us. Very stressful to our vessels because blood thickens. Extremely cold can cause micro tears in the heart. From research & medical knowledge.

@seagertp

It’s wild how often we confuse overstimulation with productivity. I didn’t feel calm until I changed how I started my mornings — slower, quieter, more intentional. Energy doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from doing less.

This is good to know

I’m completely on board with warm water ❤️😊

thank you for this
