Apartheid didn’t create jobs , South Africa and her resources created jobs. Even still today , what BJ Vorster said still stands , SA is still creating jobs even after apartheid

Indians brought to work the sugar plantations, rest of Africans worked in the mines as cheap labor. The Basotho(now running illegal mining) were known to be best at the job underground. There's a lot in the history of this country.

It was a legal slave economy.

Because they created a well developed system that drew from cheap labour and an underdeveloped black working class
