Why did the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub suddenly vanish? Search tools dead, interactive map gone, 2024–2026 datasets missing—poof, transparency erased overnight. USCIS blames “technical difficulties,” but this comes right after intense reporting on top H-1B employers in Texas and folks going door-to-door verifying these visa businesses. Coincidence? Or...

Foreigners are only supposed to stay in the United States for about to 6 years total on a on H-1B visa 🚨 New banking data shows our banks are approving 30 years mortgages for Indians on H-1B visa to buy homes in America. Aiding them in abusing our Visa system “The H-1B housing crisis gets more insane the deeper you look into it. So according to the National Association of Realtors, for the year of 2025, Indian nationals spent $2.2 billion on houses in the United States. Now apparently the biggest misconception is that the H-1B program is temporary. It was created for temporary visa workers to come over to the US and maintain jobs and work and then eventually go back to where they came from. Well, now as many of you have become aware, the H-1B visa program is being used as a loophole to stay in America. But this isn't just something that you and I are aware of, because the banks are also aware of it, considering they're just giving away 30-year mortgage loans to these H-1B visa holders. Now, out of the 2.2 billion, 97% have lived in the United States, and 67% bought a home and made it their primary residence. Now, why would people be buying homes if they were only here temporarily?” It’s negates the system is openly being abused and our banks are aiding them just like they were aiding illegals with mortgages, loans and bank accounts The way to get illegals to leave in huge numbers is to make it as difficult for them to surviving in America as possible We need a full financial ban for noncitizens and strict limits on H-1B visa holders

Dasting... Laura Ingraham Challenges President Trump on Air When He Says the U.S. Lacks Talent for Certain Jobs and Needs H-1B Skilled Workers Laura: If you want to raise wages for American workers, you can’t flood the country with H-1B visa workers. Trump: I agree, but you also have to bring in talent. Laura: We have plenty of talent here. Trump: No, you don’t. Laura: You don’t have talented people here? Trump: No, you’re being naive. People have to learn. You can’t take someone from the unemployment line and say, “I’m going to put you into a factory and we’re going to make missiles or batteries.” 🔻 My Thoughts: This exchange isn't a big deal to me—I agree with Laura in theory, but I side with Trump because I understand how H-1B visas work based on his EO. President Trump’s new $100,000 annual fee per H-1B visa application requires employers to pay up front for each filing—on top of existing costs—for visas valid up to three years (or six if extended). When it expires, they must refile and pay the $100,000 fee again. This bold policy, enacted via executive order and effective immediately, slams the door on exploitation while prioritizing American jobs. It forces companies to hire U.S. talent first, slashing the risk of undercutting domestic wages with cheap foreign labor. Highly skilled immigrants can still be brought in—but only to fill genuine gaps and train Americans on the job, accelerating our workforce's growth in critical fields like tech, defense, and manufacturing. Every major company must now ask: Is this worker worth $100,000 every three years to my bottom line? For most routine roles, the answer is a resounding no. This weeds out frivolous applications, reserving visas for true high-value talent in strategic areas, while supercharging investment in upskilling Americans. Plus, it could generate billions in revenue to fund U.S. worker training programs.

#WATCH | New York | On India-US relationship, South Asia analyst, Michael Kugelman says, "The path to any type of reset in this relationship, the path to stabilizing this relationship and moving away from the crisis is to have a trade deal and so I think it is significant that even with tensions as high as they've been, we have continued to have trade talks in recent days and there's no reason to think that those talks are going to stop anytime soon...If we do get a trade deal, that would be a big confidence-building measure, would restore some trust in the relationship and it would also reduce what has really been one of the biggest tension points in the relationship during this crisis and that's the very high US tariffs that have been imposed on India..." On the H-1B visa fee hike, he says, "This decision to impose high fees on the H-1B visa program. It's another indication that the relationship is still in a bad state, even after we had that phone call between Trump and Modi. The H-1B visa issue is very significant for the relationship because it's contributed in a big way to broader commercial relations and it has really bolstered people-to-people ties. It has also been a big part of the tech partnership between the US and India, given that you have a number of Indian tech companies that have benefited from this program and the workers that are in the US on that program...These kinds of steps make it much more difficult for Indian tech workers to be based in the United States, it represents a pretty significant blow to U.S.-India tech relations"

Should President Trump terminate the H-1B visa program? As an immigration attorney who advocates for an America-First approach—yes, I know how rare that is—I think Trump should do it for three reasons: 1. Displacement of American Workers The H1B program allows companies to lay off American workers and replace them with foreign workers who are often paid less, prioritizing cost savings over U.S. job security. This undermines the claim that H-1B visas are used only when qualified American workers are unavailable. For example, Microsoft—which is making record profits these days—recently laid off over 15,000 American workers, including software engineers and IT staff, while simultaneously filing over 14,000 H1B visa petitions. Reports indicate that many of these visas were for roles in the same locations and job categories as the laid-off workers, suggesting direct replacement. 2. Wage Suppression and Exploitation The H1B visa program enables companies to hire foreign workers at lower wages, suppressing salaries for American workers and exploiting H-1B workers who are tied to their employer-sponsored visas. This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. H-1B workers also face exploitation because they risk deportation if terminated, with only a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor. 3. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles. These firms engage in practices like filing visas for nonexistent jobs or “benching” workers, undermining the program’s purpose of addressing genuine skill shortages.
