I remember when I first watched a documentary about this on YT, I was like yea ok, how does that work, and then I kept an open mind and it made sense. These individuals, who were most likely the Millennial Saints (not the way they’re depicted like jackasses such as Scorsese) were on a whole other level when it came to energy. You can actually see it depicted all over these buildings, where they are performing all these supernatural acts and miracles, from our perspective. The way the narrators believed it was contrived, was the fact that they were just burning off everything so fast, and they didn’t eat every day. Even a lot of these scientific theologians believed that the reason why they were as powerful as they were, and lived as long as they did, and were as healthy as they were, is because the parasites never got a chance to take hold in their bodies, which would’ve made perfect sense. Not to mention, it’s starting to make more sense, that the average size of the human beings during these days were a lot bigger than they are letting on. Only, after they started to cut down all the trees and smother the Earth with all these volcanic man-made disasters, did the life on earth start to become smaller and downsized.

Back then it was just a bucket that they emptied afterwards... or a outdoor house (because of the smell) you didnt have running water et so having a toilet inside would smell like crap!

I get what your saying, but the smell... If you go to these old places, you often se big holes in the walls, where people could use a bucket that then got emptied. Or a outhouse to do you thing in.

Good question, what is your personal reasoning on the subject of all these old world structures being basically "toiletless"? I speculate sometimes on the matter, then become distracted and forget what I was thinking about where plumbing is concerned.

Since all these structures were built by a completely different civilization, they likely didn't need sanitary facilities—whereas we, the ones who discovered them, certainly do.

I have thought about the idea of a body, human or not, being so efficient that whatever was consumed for fuel was completely used without anything being left for waste. I could elaborate but I'll spare you.

They did have toilets, just not the kind you expect. Ancient cities had sophisticated drainage and public latrines. The real question is why we assume "perfect" means "like ours."

They had indoor plumbing in ancient Rome. Then it was lost for over 1000 years.

Generally, there aren't any restrooms in industrial facilities (very few), which is why public restrooms and showers existed; people didn't live in the “cities”—they lived on the outskirts in their homes in the countryside.
