A 16 year old female athlete who has a MALE on her team spoke out at the RUSD board meeting. “And it is not OK that I have to be in a position where I'm going to practice and having to see a male in booty shorts and having to see that around me. As a 16-year-old girl, I don't find that as a safe environment. I don't at all. And going into a locker room and seeing males in there, I don't find that safe.” I am heartbroken she has to do this, but beyond proud of her.

🐈‍⬛: first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini album is going to be out really soon… as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛: and after that i think we will just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the us and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛: the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be AMAZING

He explains: “What's strange is that it's become this sort of iconic line, and it was all done as a joke. And that was the thing, I played the scene…. And I had a relationship with Luc. It’s about making sure victims have justice and accountability, and that this doesn’t happen anymore. You know, I actually worked here when I was younger as a graduate student fellow. We should never allow any of that when it comes to the staff or anywhere else. People should feel safe here at the Capitol. Again, this is somewhere where I think we need to make sure we’re showing accountability. I’m going to do everything I can on the Democratic side to push in that direction and stand up, especially when it’s very clear that something is not in line with our values or our laws. I push Republicans to do the same. I wish I had greater sway on that side to be able to enforce that, but they need to step up more, and we all need to step up more to make it clear that this is unacceptable.

🐥 sometimes, you might get tired and sensitive and get angry and frustrated at yourself. i think it would be good to think that those moments are experiences that stick with you, and that going through them will gradually make you stronger and more mature. 🐥 and crying is not a bad thing. you have to cry to let it all out. having someone to listen to you is something to be thankful for. having me to comfort you is something to be thankful for as well. 🐥 i think we all have moments of loneliness, but it would be nice to think that we are together even in those moments of loneliness.
