Why do paintball players waste so much ammo when reloading?

Sponsorships. I played paintball professionally for a couple of years and I can tell you we didn’t do that when using our own paintballs when training hahahaha

I mean, these guys obviously just suck at reloading

Ok I get it but that very first guy, he dumps 92% of his ammo that cannot be the move or you're reloading so much its bad. Paintball is fun. I like those new gel blasters too.

they have far more ammo than they will need. For that form of close range paintball, it's more important to just keep shooting.

They're loaded up. The game's still gonna be over before they use all their ammo. Might as well lay down relentless suppression fire to give your team opportunities to advance. And it seems like they have no shortage of ammo, no reason to be careful with it

Because they're not $2.00 a piece. They wouldn't be so wasteful with real ammo! Lol
