This man is a restaurant owner and he says that Door Dash is a completely different restaurant within a restaurant. Prices are higher when you order from them because Door Dash can take up to 30% from the business. So when you think you are helping that business by ordering from them through Door Dash, sometimes you aren’t. He also says that Door dash sometimes lets the food you ordered sit for for 20,30, even up to 45 minutes before they pick it up. So when you get it and it’s cold and call to complain, it was made on time but they were late. As he says, I know it’s a convenience but I don’t like paying and extra fee. And herring this from him, I don’t think I will ever use it. Why don’t these restaurants just cancel their contract with Door Dash? Do you use Door Dash? Will what he said change your mind about using them? What’s been your experience with them?

A wide grip upright row is one of the more useful but misunderstood exercises people do (or don’t do). It’s not a trap exercise (although some traps are involved for sure). It’s a side delt exercise. Don’t think about pulling the bar up with your hands. Think about driving the elbows out and up. It’s a lateral raise, but holding a bar…. My clients often get confused when I explain it that way. But if you can disassociate from “pulling up” and associate with driving elbows out and up you’ll engage and feel exactly where it’s supposed to hit. Elbows should finish a few inches above the delts. Notice I’m using straps? It’s not because I NEED them. My grip isn’t going to fail on these with 50 lbs. I’m using straps so that I can relax the hands and forearms and only think about my elbows. It helps. I like these for higher reps although you can absolutely go heavier on them which is one advantage of these over lateral raises.

So I feel that when there are people who would judge, for example, when you stated, “you are a male”, but there is someone who says, “But you are not a male”. A man is getting dinner at a Hibachi restaurant with his family. When the chef cooks their food, he reveals he brought his own tortillas to wrap his food. He throws them on the grill to warm them up. I’ve seen people bring Tupperware to a restaurant and eat out of it. I know that can be frowned upon or even considered tacky, but it’s not violating any real health codes. This man took tortillas out of a bag he packed himself with his bare hands. He then cross contaminated the grill with his own food from home. There’s no telling what germs or bacteria is on them. Who knows if he set them on a counter that had fresh chicken or other meats on it. My opinion may be extreme but I don’t feel this should be allowed as he’s now exposing everyone else at that table to possible contamination. Back in high school when I used to work at a pizza place, we had people with half eaten sandwiches from eating their order in the car asking us to microwave their food again and putting it on the counter. I always told them no because they already ate off of it, it wasn’t sanitary and I wasn’t going to take that risk.
